📍 Location: Madhya Pradesh 📌 Project: MPRRDA 🔹 Position Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Team Leader cum Resident Engineer (TLDR) for rural road/highway construction supervision projects. The selected candidate will act as the Authorized Representative of the Consultant and will be responsible for overall technical leadership, coordination, and communication with the client. 🎓 Eligibility Criteria ✔ Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Higher qualifications in Construction Management / Quality Control preferred ⏳ Experience Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering works after completion of (post-graduation) At least 5 years in Highway Engineering as: Resident Engineer (RE) / Executive Engineer (EE) Must have completed at least 1 road construction project (₹5 Crore or above) in the last 5 years as: Project Engineer / Resident Engineer / Executive Engineer 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction supervision of road/highway projects Act as Consultant’s Authorized Representative with MPRRDA Handle technical presentations, project reviews, and reporting Ensure quality control, contract compliance, and timely execution Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities Maintain continuous communication with client and stakeholders 🎯 Additional Requirements Strong expertise in road construction & quality control Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multi-stakeholder government projects 🎂 Age Limit Maximum: 65 years Relaxable up to 70 years for highly experienced and fit candidates 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated CV at: 📧 vrshr2025@gmail.com 📞 Contact No.: 8982796459 #Hiring #TeamLeader #ResidentEngineer #HighwayProjects #MPRRDA #CivilEngineeringJobs #MPJobs #Infrastructure
