1. Team Leader Qualification: ▪ Graduate in Civil Engineering; Post‑Graduation in Engineering / Management Experience: ▪ 10+ years experience in civil infrastructure projects ▪ Minimum 5 years experience in building construction ▪ Experience working in PMU assignments with Government / Central PSU / State PSU ▪ Strong leadership, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management experience 2. Contract Management Expert Qualification: ▪ PGP in Quantity Surveying and Contracts Managements or LLB Experience: ▪ 6+ years post‑qualification experience ▪ Hands‑on experience in RFPs, contracts, tenders, bid process management ▪ Experience in government infrastructure projects & PMU environments ▪ Strong understanding of contract administration and compliance 3.
