Projects Locations: Jammu | Nepal | Maharashtra | Delhi NCR | Gujarat | Madhya Pradesh Role & Responsibilities: * Complete site monitoring and supervision * Strong knowledge of construction activities and execution * Ability to identify mistakes, irregularities, material misuse, theft, leakages, and operational issues * Maintain strict control over site activities, vendors, contractors, stock, and execution quality * Conduct surprise inspections and detailed reporting * Ensure transparency, discipline, quality, and accountability at all project sites * Strong decision-making and leadership skills required Candidate Profile: * Civil Engineering background is mandatory * Highly experienced, intelligent, alert, and result-oriented personality * Honest, loyal, and capable of handling sensitive responsibilities independently * Experience in infrastructure/construction project management preferred We are looking for someone who can protect company interests, maintain strong operational control, and ensure that every project runs professionally and transparently.
