Sr. Depot Residence Engineer Graduate in Civil Engineering minimum 15 years proven experience in large infrastructure projects. Minimum 3 years with metro rail projects in depot works Job Description To lead the team of Engineers of various disciplines of GC for achieving the desired targets in specified time. To conduct Progress review meetings with agencies on regular basis to monitor the progress achieved against Depot key dates as per contract. To conduct interface meetings with Civil/System/MEP/Telecommunication and Signaling teams to resolve the issues related to depot works. To ensure that timely payments are made to agencies Exposure in negotiating the terms and conditions of contract, managing final deviation statements, conducting material reconciliation etc. A Strategic planner with expertise in planning & executing construction complex transactions/contracts Successfully executed multiple projects, milestones & ensured that the projects complied with all the cost and scope specifications. Responsible for project quality and safety management in respective area of expertise.
