  1. 1. Team Leader – * Qualification: ▪ Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognised university. Post Graduation in Engineering / Management. * Experience: ▪ Should have 11 years Experience of working in Infrastructure sector. ▪ Should have minimum 5 years of experience in Building Construction domain. ▪ Must have completed more than 4 projects of roads/ bridges/ rail/ metro/ water/ urban infrastructure. ▪ Should have experience of working in PMU assignment with any Government department/ central PSU/ State PSU (on one project worked as Team Leader) ▪ PMP/MRICS Certification 2. Procurement Support Consultant – * Qualification: ▪ Graduate in Civil Engineering & Post Graduate Degree in Engineering / Management. * Experience: ▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and pre-contract management. ▪ Experience in drafting EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, concept notes, and procurement strategies. ▪ Experience in technical and financial bid evaluation and preparation of evaluation reports. ▪ Experience in at least two (2) Government/PSU projects is mandatory. ▪ Sound knowledge of GFR, CVC Guidelines, CPWD/PWD procedures, and public procurement practices.
